Kate graduated with a Bachelor or Oral Health from The University of Adelaide in 2019. For the past 5 years, she has worked privately as an Oral Health Therapist in metropolitan Adelaide before joining the Hills Dental Group team in 2025. Kate has also enjoyed a period in a teaching role, as clinical tutor at the University of Adelaide. 

With over 12 years in the dental industry, Kate’s career started as a sterilisation nurse progressing to dental assistant before being inspired to treat both paediatric patients and adults, she undertook further education and completed her degree. 

Kate is passionate about providing patient-centred care, in a supportive environment with effective communication. She has a strong focus on preventive care, educating patients, providing evidence based oral hygiene advice as well as creating safe, fun & fear free appointments for children requiring dental treatment. 

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, her two young children and their border collie, Archie. They love spending time with family & friends, on the farm, or undertaking the next home renovation project.
